Rally to Lift the Injunction & End Street Homelessness

Please join small business owners, community leaders and residents from across San Francisco on Wednesday, August 23rd, 2023 at 8:45am in front of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals (95 7th St, San Francisco, CA 94103).   The rally will call on the 9th Circuit Court to overturn Judge Donna Ryu’s injunction prohibiting San Francisco from enforcing its laws against public lodging or camping.   RescueSF has consistently called for measurable progress in addressing street sleeping, substance use/mental illness, and drug dealing.  We also call on the city to fund shelter for the unhoused and enough substance use disorder and mental health treatment for those needing it.
