Susan Marsch
SUSAN MARSCH is a former senior executive with more than two decades of experience in c-suite roles at both public and private companies. She has served as an executive/general counsel for publicly traded technology companies, such as Flex, a multinational company with over 150,000 employees, UT StarCom, an IP-based networking telecommunications manufacturer, Redback Networks, a telecommunications networking equipment provider and AltaVista Company.
Susan is currently an Associate Trustee with the San Francisco Ballet’s Board and an at-large member of their audit committee. She is also a Board member with Jewish Vocational Service. JVS is the Bay Area‘s leading job training nonprofit helping people to build skills, find jobs and achieve self-sufficiency. Susan has served as a board member of Elementum Holdings Ltd., UPWARD Women, a global organization providing support to senior-level women, and acted as Corporate Secretary and Chair of the Audit Committee for The Ronald McDonald House Charities. She also was the Co-Chair and Co-Founder of the Women’s General Counsel Forum of Watermark, a Silicon Valley-based network for women executives. Susan began her legal career as a corporate attorney at Latham & Watkins.
Susan graduated with honors from the University of Michigan Law School and the Ross School of Business and is a certified public accountant.
